Moscow, Russia. 14th December 2025

President Wepari and Community leadership attended a Union Blessed & a Community United: Kafui & Tatiana’s Big Day

The Church of Pentecost, Moscow, was practically buzzing on December 14th, 2025 – and not just from the winter chill! It was the day our very own Kafui, the man who somehow manages to organize Parties, football tournaments and Picnics for the Ghanaian Community (a truly Herculean feat!), tied the knot with the lovely Tatiana. The service was beautiful, filled with heartfelt vows and enough joyful singing to rival a highlife concert. Honestly, seeing Kafui looking so genuinely happy, was a sight to behold – usually he’s the one confidently commanding the Musical booth! It was clear Tatiana had captured the heart of a man who usually has a ball (or a microphone) firmly in his grasp.

The church was packed, not just with family and friends, but with a strong showing from the Ghanaian Community. Leading the delegation was our President, Mr. Ebenezer Wepari, along with a delegation of Executives and respected elders, all there to witness the union and offer their blessings. You could tell they were all secretly relieved Kafui had finally found someone to keep him from planning another impromptu beach picnic and games in Summer. A generous donation was presented to the happy couple on behalf of the community, a testament to the affection we all have for Kafui and a hopeful investment in future generations of Ghanaian-Russian related projects.

The celebration afterwards was, as you might expect with Kafui involved, lively! There was food, music, and enough dancing to shake off the Moscow snow for miles. It was a beautiful day, a perfect blend of Ghanaian tradition and Russian hospitality, and a wonderful reminder that love – and a well-organized community – can truly conquer all. We wish Kafui and Tatiana a lifetime of happiness, and we fully expect invitations to all future anniversary parties… preferably ones held indoors during the winter months!
